    However a task scores, keep these three human:

    How the verdict works. A 4 or 5 means the work runs on clear rules with a safety net, so hand it off now. A 3 means there's real judgment involved, so hand off the doing and keep the deciding. A 1 or 2 means it's mostly your judgment or can't be undone, so keep it human. The point is not to hand off everything. It is to clear the busywork so your judgment, the part only you can do, gets your full attention. AI does the doing. You keep the final call.
